hi ive done wiki searches and all over the place(and i believe im posting in the right place) im making a pvp beastmaster ranger with my pve character. i like cranes so i tamed a level 5 crane and now ive been all over the zaishen menagerie because i want to train him(aggressive) in wiki it shows i can pay or give balt faction to train, but im not seeing that option anywhere...how can i build up the level without manually fighting mobs from lvl 5-20? thanks

You speak to the person in the Zaishen Menagarie, Helen the Zaishen Trainer I think but not certain. Select which pet you want to UNLOCK and if it is ALREADY unlocked you get the option to train it to level 12, then 15, then 15 + Evolutions, then 20, and finally 20 + Evolutions.

Beware each step costs more so it isnt going to be instant, (unless you have a large Balth cap).

Btw money is Zaishen coins, (plus a very small amount of money) not gold.

You can level your pet to aggressive without having to spend any faction.

Just go into the menagerie with a single hero that has a resurrect spell, flag the hero outside of the pen but close enough to rez you.

Ask the NPC to spawn a group of cranes, and then get one of them to start attacking you. It'll kill you but won't be able to leave the pen to attack the hero.

Hero will resurrect you and pet keeps killing.

Go AFK for an hour or so and see what it's levelled to when you're back.

Minor problem is that he won't spawn pets that are level 5, you'll need to manually train the crane to level 12(?) I believe.

or u can only pay for it to be raised to lvl 12 and then use this method to lvl him the rest of the way. only cost 100g+1 silver z-coin or 1k balth faction to raise a pet to lvl 12. talk to Helena(Zaishen Keeper) to pay for lvl unlocks.
